1. Acceptance of Service
• By using the services provided by Ryzen Web Host BD, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users and customers of our services. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
• Ryzen Web Host BD offers web hosting and domain registration services only. We do not engage in unsolicited communication. All customer interactions are conducted through official communication channels
2. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are solely responsible for: All activities conducted under their hosting account. Maintaining the security of their content, scripts, and data. Ensuring that hosted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others. Backing up their data regularly. We do not guarantee data recovery in case of loss unless otherwise stated.
3. Service Termination and Verification
• If any violation of our policies is detected, Ryzen Web Host BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice.Hosting of illegal or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited and may result in service suspension or legal action.
• We may request official identification (NID/Passport) for verification. Failure to provide valid identification may result in service denial.
•Accounts found with false or misleading information will be suspended or terminated immediately without any notice or refund.
4. Refund Polic And Free Domain Policy
• Limited-Time Offer Hosting Packages are non-refundable under any circumstances. Standard Hosting Packages are eligible for a refund if requested within 72 hours of purchase, excluding setup or transaction fees. Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed. Refunds will not be issued for service termination due to policy violations.
• Free domain registration is included only with Our limited time offer package of at least 3 years duration. This offer is available for a limited time and subject to availability.
5. Security and Backup
• While we use industry-standard security measures to protect our infrastructure, Ryzen Web Host BD is not responsible for client-side vulnerabilities, malware infections, or data breaches resulting from user negligence. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
•Ryzen Web Host BD shall not be held liable for: Loss of data or business due to system failure, scheduled maintenance, or external attacks. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to the Terms
• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified via email of any major changes.
